Dorper Lamb Pty Ltd was established by Graeme and Nina Howie in 2005. Our vision was to create a true 'paddock to plate' operation, bringing prime, sustainably farmed Western Australian lamb to kitchens and dining rooms the world over. We're committed to great customer service, as well as sustainability of both environment and industry.
From humble beginnings feeding discerning family and friends, we're now supplying food retailers, restauranteurs and home cooks across Australia and around the world (we are export-accredited and HACCP-approved). Our home base is Perth, with retail outposts in Malaysia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
Our supplier base has also grown. The number of family farms supplying us with Dorper sheep has grown from around 10 to 26 across Western Australia (and counting). We're fussy about the way our produce is farmed, so we deal only with growers who make animal welfare a priority and farm their animals sustainably. We supply Wagyu Beef from Margaret River Premium Meat Exports.
